What happens when you have a car accident and your body gets stucked inside? How does the rescue sqad get you out of the car?
This video shows the tool that firefighters use to get victims out of their vehicles in case of car crashes, using an hydraulic rescue tools known better as Jaws of Life.
The story for the scenario was divided into two parts. The main one is to show what happens in a car accident. The second one shows a description of the tool, its parts and benefits compared to other tools.
The scene was made in Maya. I used an occlusion layer to show depth, and second one with a toon shader for the colors that I could adjust later in AfterEffects.
